Research & Learning Officer

Job Summary

This position is dedicated to advancing organizational knowledge through rigorous research, comprehensive documentation of insights, and the facilitation of data-driven program enhancements. The role serves as a critical link between empirical findings and strategic decision-making, ensuring that initiatives are continuously refined based on solid evidence and learned experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Execute in-depth research projects and perform extensive literature reviews to inform current initiatives. Gather and interpret pertinent data and information to support strategic objectives. Assist in the design and execution of surveys and needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities. Record and codify successful methodologies and valuable lessons acquired during project cycles.

Draft detailed research reports and develop various knowledge-sharing materials. Coordinate and lead sessions focused on organizational learning and the dissemination of insights. Formulate actionable, evidence-based suggestions to drive continuous program optimization.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research and synthesize complex information. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation techniques. Experience in facilitating surveys and conducting needs assessments. Strong capability in documenting processes, best practices, and outcomes. Excellent written communication skills for producing professional reports and knowledge products.

Competence in organizing and delivering educational or knowledge-sharing workshops. Proven track record of developing recommendations that lead to tangible program improvements.
