Sales Program Manager-Protection

Sales Program Manager-Protection Job Description Sales Program Manager – Protection is responsible for driving engagement, performance, and growth of Protection/Insurance initiatives across Prime Communication. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Prime Communications and Asurion, leveraging reporting dashboards, analytics, and operational tools to identify opportunities, optimize execution, and deliver measurable sales impact.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong executional mindset, capable of managing complex initiatives while ensuring measurable results across national sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage protection programs to drive participation, attachment rates, sales performance, and overall growth. Monitor performance using reporting dashboards and analytics tools to track results and identify opportunities. Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement, then share actionable insights with leadership and field teams.

Collaborate with Asurion and internal teams to align goals, incentives, training, and execution plans. Support field teams with updates, best practices, training resources, and tools to improve Protection/Insurance adoption, attachment rates, and compliance. Report on program performance and create action plans to address challenges and improve results.

Identify opportunities to increase protection penetration by improving sales behaviors, associate knowledge, and customer engagement. Continuously improve operations by simplifying processes, strengthening execution, and ensuring consistency across stores.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred 3–5+ years of experience in sales, retail operations, protection/insurance programs, or a related field Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
