Sales Program Manager

The Sales Programs team is seeking an experienced and proven leader for a newly created Senior Sales Success Program Manager role.

Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities In this role you will spend the majority of your time helping to lead the adoption, expansion, use and tracking of quality metrics for Salesforce (the latest tool from AT&T in our arsenal to WIN in 2020 and beyond). You'll also help to provide your expertise AND IDEAS to challenge the entire Sales Programs team in an effort to simplify, streamline and focus on programs that will drive our key areas of growth- Postpaid Voice, (Consumer & CRU), TV & Broadband among other key metrics.

You'll be instrumental in gathering field feedback to identify gaps and develop the required programs to fill the gaps and exceed sales goals.
