Creator Operations Intern创作者运营实习生

1. Maintain creator mapping and operations tracker, update information and verification status, flag abnormal data and follow-up items;

2. Execute reward distribution process (review, notification, archiving), publish weekly reward announcements and featured works on Discord;

3. Search and reach out to potential creators on platforms such as Discord, TikTok, and Instagram; track responses and conduct initial qualification reviews;

4. Assist with small-scale procurement requests for events, track progress, and maintain purchase records and reimbursement documents. 1、维护创作者Mapping及运营表，更新信息与认证进度，核查异常数据并标记跟进项； 2、完成奖励发放全流程（核对、通知、归档），在Discord发布每周奖励公告及精选作品； 3、在Discord、TikTok、Instagram等平台搜索并触达潜在创作者，跟进回复及资质初审； 4、协助小额采购需求，跟进流程并维护采购记录与报销凭证。

5. Current or recent graduate (undergraduate or graduate); major in Marketing, Communications, Design, Computer Science, or related fields preferred;

6. Proficient in Excel / Feishu multi-dimensional tables, with basic data organization skills;

7. Strong execution, detail-oriented, and able to complete recurring tasks on time;

8. Basic English reading and writing skills (able to read English social media content and write simple English messages);

Nice to have

Interest in 3D content, AI tools, or creator communities; experience with Discord/Reddit/TikTok or similar platforms. 1、在读或应届本科/研究生，专业不限，市场、传播、设计、计算机等专业优先 熟练使用Excel/飞书多维表格，具备基础数据处理能力； 2、执行力强，细致有条理，能按时完成周期性工作； 3、具备基础英语读写能力，能阅读英文社媒并撰写简单英文私信； 4、加分：对3D内容、AI工具或创作者社区有兴趣；有Discord/Reddit/TikTok等平台使用经验。
