We are proud to offer excellent opportunities for talented individuals to join the roaring team of MGM China. 我們誠邀才華出眾的您，把握美高梅中國事業機會，與金獅再闖另一座高峰。 Job Responsibilities: Coordinate property wine program in support of beverage department and restaurant operations Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations Constantly interact with guests, exposing them to our wine experience Maintain current and accurate wine information on the wine lists Manage wine cellar arrangement and maintain its tidiness Assist in department wine training programs Job Requirements: At least 5 years' sommelier experience in a 5-star hotel or renowned restaurant Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage management or related field preferred Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Possess knowledge in PC skills and MS Office Must be willing to learn and be groomed towards fulfilling the role
