Job description
The Tax Manager plays a key role in driving accurate, timely income tax compliance and reporting. You’ll lead the preparation and review of federal and state filings, while managing quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740—including effective tax rate analysis. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support audits, tax planning, and strategic initiatives.
You’ll also oversee tax fixed assets, maintain detailed workpapers, strengthen internal controls, and continuously improve processes—helping build best‑in‑class tax practices that support the business.
