Description Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility) Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time/PRN considered) About the role Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) and/or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide high-quality therapy services in a skilled nursing setting.

This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life through meaningful, functional goals.
