Communications Specialist

The Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing internal communications that support organizational priorities, drive engagement, and strengthen the Bakery Owner experience. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to create clear, actionable, and audience-focused communications across multiple channels.

The Communications Specialist manages day-to-day communication activities, including digital communications, survey communications, content creation, video production, and communication analytics. This position is highly execution-oriented and requires a strong operational writing style, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional communication experiences.
