Senior Marketing Executive (Prepaid & MVNO Business)

Division: Marketing In this position, you will: Collaborate closely with external and internal teams to ensure successful rollout of new products, services, and offers. Communicate with internal and external teams on channels development for data products. Assist in the creation and execution of data product and service workflow, including designing the user journey, liaision with the IT team for product and service.

Support UAT & PAT before launch & regular product and service review. Prepare and review reports and monitor promotion activity effectiveness Monitor competitors' activities and stay updated on market trends to identify potential threats or opportunities. Assist in service bills handling and follow up customer cases/complaints referred by customer service Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplines Minimum 3 years of working experience in consumer marketing / technology / telecom industry perferred.

Solid experience in implementing end to end program campaigns and developing marketing plans.
