QUALIFICATIONS

Valid Washington State teaching certificate Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to deal with students in a warm and confident manner Ability to remain flexible to changes in assignments or situations Ability to follow written or verbal instructions Ability to be fair and consistent when working with students Ability to properly perceive emotional state of students Ability to appropriately monitor and correct student behavior Ability to maintain confidentiality GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Substitute teachers work in Preschool
