HVAC Installer (Journeyman Licensed)

In this role, you'll install, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to doing the job right the first time.

What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment

• Perform system replacements, upgrades, and new installations

• Diagnose installation issues and troubleshoot HVAC equipment

• Complete routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency

• Install and replace HVAC components and parts as needed

• Follow all safety procedures, building codes, and company standards

• Maintain accurate service documentation and job records

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman HVAC License required

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical training, trade school, or apprenticeship experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and industry standards

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
