Fund Finance Associate – Boston (2–3 Years) Our Am. Law 100 client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Boston office in a growing Fund Finance practice. The group represents leading banks and financial institutions in single-lender and syndicated financings for private equity and venture capital funds, management companies, general partners, and portfolio companies.
Role Summary
Draft and negotiate loan documents for complex financing transactions. Review diligence materials tied to private equity and venture capital fund structures. Develop direct client relationships early, with opportunities to handle increasing responsibility on active matters. Candidate Profile 2–3 years of experience in debt finance transactions.
Lender-side representation strongly preferred. Familiarity with fund structures, LPAs, and related documentation. Massachusetts bar membership required. Compensation
$235,000–$260,000, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
