Responsibilities

Respond promptly to resident call lights and address resident needs. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, transferring, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Obtain and accurately document vital signs, weights, and other health measurements. Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the charge nurse.

Follow facility policies and mandatory reporting guidelines regarding allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of property. Maintain resident safety, comfort, and quality of life. Schedule & Hours Shift: PM Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Weekly Commitment: 40 hours Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Coverage: Required On-Call: Not specified Required Qualifications Active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Less than one year of experience is accepted. One or more years of related Long-Term Care experience is preferred. Key Skills Strong attention to detail. Accurate documentation skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to provide compassionate resident care.
