Operations Coordinator

You'll be an important part of our operations and administrative team, helping keep daily activities running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Operations Coordination: Work alongside the operations team to assist with scheduling, dispatching, job coordination and daily project activities. Team & Client Communication: Serve as one of the main points of contact for daily operations, sharing responsibilities with other team members while supporting clients, project managers and field crews.

Administrative & Invoicing Support: Assist with invoicing preparation, job documentation, equipment tracking, email correspondence and general office administration.

What We're Looking For

Excellent organizational and communication skills. A positive attitude and strong team spirit. Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a busy environment. Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office. Experience in restoration, construction or administration is an asset. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

Position Details Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On-call: Rotating dispatch coverage approximately every five weeks.
