• Vero Beach, FL Salary: $15.00 (USD) Hourly Seasonal Outbound Sales Representative Looking to earn extra income this holiday season? Join our Contact Center team as a Seasonal Outbound Sales Representative! This is not a cold-calling role. You'll call loyal customers who have ordered from us before, welcome them back, and help them place this season's orders. Your day-today activities will consist of: Reconnecting with Customers : Call an assigned list of returning customers, including follow-ups and scheduled callbacks. Personalizing Every Call : Use order history to recommend gifts, upgrades, and add-ons. Keeping Accurate Records : Enter orders and update customer information accurately. Reaching Your Goals : Meet daily and weekly targets for contacts, conversions, and packages sold.

Qualifications

Phone sales or customer service experience preferred Typing speed of at least 25 WPM and basic computer skills Strong communication and active listening skills Friendly, positive attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, goal-driven, and reliable High school diploma or GED preferred One-call resolution and helping the inbound team when needed Ability to handle a fast-paced environment Pay and Duration : $15.
