Bilingual Team Coach / Floor Coordinator (Haitian Creole / English) Classification: Hourly/Seasonal Brand: Hale Groves Work Location: Vero Beach, FL About the job Hale Groves runs a busy, fast-paced packing operation during our season, and we’re looking for someone who speaks Haitian Creole and English to help our team communicate and work well together.

This role is more than translating. You’ll work closely with our supervisors and leads as an extra set of eyes, ears, and voice on the floor. You’ll help people learn their jobs, coach them to improve, and help keep track of performance and conduct across the production team. No prior experience is required. We’ll train you on our processes and expectations.

What you’ll do Translate between supervisors, leads, and team members on a busy packing floor Help train team members on packing standards, quality, and safety Coach people to do their work better and faster Reinforce company rules and address issues when you see them Document coaching and discipline conversations and keep records accurate Translate during private meetings led by supervisors or HR, including discipline and termination meetings Keep the lead team informed about problems on the floor so they can be fixed quickly Set a strong example with your pace, quality, and attitude What we’re looking for Must speak Haitian Creole and English fluently Confident and comfortable speaking up, even in tough conversations Kind and respectful, someone people trust and listen to Patient and good at teaching others Able to stay focused and calm in a loud, fast-moving environment Able to handle private information with care Able to stand and walk for long periods Schedule Monday through Sunday Shifts start at 7:30 AM and run until the day’s production is complete Long days are common during peak season Must be available for the full season Pay $17 per hour Why Hale Groves Our seasonal team is the heart of our business.
