Your Impact As Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals who care for mothers, newborns, and critically ill patients every day. You will: Drive sales and market share of Medela's Professional Care portfolio within your assigned territory. Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Build trusted relationships with neonatologists, maternity teams, surgeons, healthcare professionals, procurement specialists, and key decision-makers. Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans. Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support, and customer training. Represent Medela at conferences, workshops, and industry events.
