Graphic Designer – Production

Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our global Corporate MarCom team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality graphic design and production across a wide range of corporate communication materials, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and strict adherence to our corporate visual identity.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on design professional who thrives in a structured, brand-driven environment and combines strong technical expertise with excellent execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

 Produce and adapt high-quality graphic materials for both print and digital channels.  Develop corporate publications, brochures, presentations, reports, marketing materials and other communication assets.  Ensure consistent application of corporate brand guidelines and design systems across all deliverables.  Handle advanced image editing, retouching and optimisation for different media and formats.

 Create and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations and other corporate communication materials.  Manage multiple production tasks while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and delivery.  Collaborate closely with the Corporate MarCom team and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

and Experience  A formal degree or equivalent substantial qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.  4+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a large international organisation.  Proven experience working as an in-house designer within established corporate brand guidelines and design systems.

 Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, with strong skills across Adobe Creative Cloud.  Advanced experience in image editing and retouching using Photoshop and/or Lightroom.  Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, composition and visual consistency.  Strong knowledge of both print and digital production, including CMYK and RGB colour workflows.

 Strong PowerPoint skills, ideally at an advanced level.  Excellent written and spoken English.
