Graphic Designer – Digital and Motion

Role Purpose We are looking for an experienced and versatile Graphic Designer with strong technical design skills and additional expertise in motion graphics, digital design and emerging creative technologies.This role combines high-quality corporate design production with specialist capabilities that can help expand and strengthen our global Corporate MarCom team's creative output.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in traditional graphic design, complemented by a strong interest in digital innovation, creative workflows and new design technologies.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and produce high-quality graphic design materials for corporate print and digital communications.  Create motion graphics, animations and engaging visual content for digital communication channels.  Explore and apply AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows, efficiency and production capabilities.

 Support video editing and production for corporate communication purposes.  Ensure consistent application of corporate visual identity and design standards.  Provide creative and technical input on design solutions, Adobe applications and emerging design tools.  Contribute to the development of digital design assets, templates and scalable design solutions.

 Collaborate closely with Corporate MarCom on creative concepts, visual development and execution.

Requirements

Qualifications

and Experience Essential qualifications  A formal degree or equivalent substantial qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.  Approximately 7+ years of relevant professional design experience, preferably within a large international organisation.  Strong experience working with established corporate brand guidelines and design systems.

 Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, supported by broad Adobe Creative Cloud expertise.  Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, composition and visual communication.  Proven experience delivering professional design materials for both print and digital channels.  Strong written and spoken English.

Specialist skills – in order of priority

1. Motion Graphics and Animation: Strong experience creating professional animations and motion graphics, preferably using Adobe After Effects.
2. AI in Design: Genuine interest and practical experience in applying AI tools to design processes, creative development, workflow optimisation and production efficiency.
3. Video Production: Experience in video editing and production, preferably using Adobe Premiere Pro. Personal Profile  Creative, curious and technically strong.  Passionate about design quality and new creative technologies.  Proactive in exploring smarter ways of working.  Comfortable balancing hands-on production with creative development.  Collaborative and confident in sharing ideas, expertise and recommendations.  Able to work effectively within a structured global corporate environment.
