Parts Specialist

1. Assistant the technicians and engineers in the workshop to correctly determine the required spare parts numbers.
2. Using technical catalogs for spare parts properly and quickly
3. Use of computer systems to create and deliver requests and quotations automatically
4. Coordinating the requests for spare parts required from the workshop and sending them to the purchasing team
5. Follow up the arrival of spare parts and inform the workshop of its situation 6. deliver the correct spare parts to the workshop on time 7. create a quotation for the workshop as required quickly and accurately
6. Supervising the correct pricing of workshop requests
7. Supervising the correct delivery of spare parts to the workshop
8. Follow up the workshop requests report sent to the procurement team to request it
9. Follow-up the procurement team's report on the requests received and inform the workshop of them
10. Immediately follow the delivery of the reservations to the workshop
11. Coordination of work inside the spare parts warehouse
12. Prioritize orders with the procurement team
13. Determine the method of shipping orders with the procurement team and the workshop Requirements 1-3 Years Experience Good Communication Skills. Strong Organizational Skills. Attention to Detail.
