Job description

Develop and execute the category sourcing strategy and risk management for corn, corn grits & popcorn procurement for Turkey (all grains) & CE (for whole corn only). Own new corn variety development and approval processes with a strong link to breeding companies. Own the E2E contract process. Own supplier relationships, supply/quality issue resolutions and supervise supply processes.

Own the annual budget planning and monthly forecasting processes & reports. Own grains productivity pipeline and deliverables including new innovations, value engineering & new supplier qualification/onboarding. Support Europe Veg. Oils Lead for local oils sourcing in Turkey & CE. Reviewing the supply balance of corn,popcorn and corn grits and revising plans according to the volumes updates received every month.

Support import & export activities for Grains between PEP OUs. Calculating Potato/Corn-Semolina Price Variance on a monthly basis and preparing the report. Represent Procurement to local/sector finance teams for related categories. Maintain up to date market intelligence to manage the price risks Sharing relevant information to prepare monthly KPI reports Reconciling weekly supplier invoices and tracking invoices with finance Ensuring daily supplier & financial communication (document flow, information, etc.)

Coordinating with the logistics / production teams University degree, minimum Bachelor level or professional purchasing qualifications such as CIPS. Minimum 5 years experience in procurement. Ability to lead strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and total cost of ownership. Drive for Results
