Experienced Automotive Car Biller – Honda & Toyota of Seattle: Honda & Toyota of Seattle is hiring! We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Car Biller with a strong understanding of dealership accounting processes. This is a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced office environment with room for professional growth.

Position Summary

The Billing Clerk is responsible for accurately posting deals to the accounting system, verifying all revenue, gross, receivables, payables, and ensuring all supporting documents are complete and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming deals for accuracy and completeness. Follow up on missing or incorrect paperwork. Post finalized deals into the accounting system. Track deal funding and reconcile relevant schedules. Prepare loan payoffs for trade-in vehicles. File and organize deal documents. Support relocation prep as needed. Communicate deal-related issues to team leads.

Required Qualifications: Prior experience in dealership car billing (preferred). Prior experience in the automotive dealership industry (required). Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK experience preferred). High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation

$24.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
