Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Cross Country Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavioral services, collaborate with educators, and help students thrive in the Lawndale and Hawthorne, California area.

Position Overview

Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention strategies. Conduct, develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes. Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and educational goals.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams School-based experience or experience supporting K–12 students preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
