Job description
The Lead Well Services Supervisor is responsible for the planning, design, and execution of well test & clean-up, well intervention, completions, stimulation, artificial lift, wellhead maintenance, and well integrity activities, with the objective of maximizing well productivity while ensuring operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
This role requires close collaboration with operations, drilling, workover, HSE and supply chain teams to deliver solutions that comply with company standards, industry best practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
This is a field-based position requiring personnel to work daily at the wellsite(s) while residing at the company camp throughout their rotation. The role operates on an equal rotation basis (e.g., 4 weeks o
