HEAD – DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION Summary We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our organization's digital evolution and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, streamline complex business processes, and ensure seamless integration of enterprise systems.

This position is critical for transforming our operational landscape through strategic automation, robust data governance, and the effective implementation of ERP solutions, ultimately fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency across all departments.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation and post-deployment support of SAP Business One and broader ERP ecosystems to optimize business operations. Design and deploy low-code solutions using App. Sheet and specialized tools for Task Process Management Systems (TPMS) and document control. Manage IT infrastructure assets and oversee vendor relationships to ensure service delivery aligns with organizational standards.

Orchestrate comprehensive change management strategies, including the development and delivery of user training programs to ensure high adoption rates. Leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance process agility. Develop and maintain automated Management Information Systems (MIS) and interactive KPI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Utilize SQL and Power BI to generate advanced reporting solutions and derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Establish and enforce master data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and support process automation initiatives.

Requirements

Proven expertise in App. Sheet, TPMS, and Document Management Systems. Strong background in IT infrastructure management and third-party vendor oversight. Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and delivering user training. Proficiency in integrating AI tools for workflow automation. Skilled in building MIS automation and creating dynamic KPI dashboards.

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP implementation and post-go-live support. Advanced capabilities in SQL, Power BI, and data reporting. Deep understanding of master data governance principles and process automation strategies.
