Workday Finance Support Consultant Summary We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a Workday Finance Support Consultant within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role involves providing expert assistance with financial operations, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the Workday environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical configurations and business needs, driving successful month-end closures and managing system enhancements.

This position is critical for maintaining data integrity, optimizing financial workflows, and delivering high-quality support to stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and execute month-end financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Lead the testing and implementation of Workday release enhancements to improve system functionality. Identify, resolve, and manage data mapping discrepancies, including error handling and data reprocessing tasks. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex business process issues and security configuration challenges.

Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes and solutions. Provide ongoing production support for Workday Finance modules to minimize downtime and disruptions. Investigate and resolve issues related to Workday integrations and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) operations.

Manage incident lifecycles, performing thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of technical failures.
