POSITION SUMMARY

Create unforgettable first experiences on snow. As a Children’s Ski & Ride School Instructor, you will teach skiing or snowboarding to children ages 4–12 in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. You’ll help students build confidence, develop fundamental skills, and foster a lifelong love of snowsports, all while being part of a high-energy, team-oriented program.

This role is ideal for both new and experienced instructors who enjoy working with children and want to grow their teaching, skiing/riding, and leadership skills. At Mt. Rose – Ski Tahoe, instructors benefit from a strong training culture, and ongoing opportunities to improve both teaching and personal performance.
