About the Role

The Controller owns the accounting function for Tide Homes, from the general ledger and month-end close through job costing, WIP, and financial statements. Reporting to the Director of Finance and working alongside the Solé shared services team, you’ll lead the accounting team and make sure every number we report is accurate, timely, and trusted.

You’ll give leadership clear visibility into the profitability of each home we build.
