As an Associate, Accounts Receivable , you will be part of the Global Finance organization and report to the Team Lead, Accounts Receivable .

Key Responsibilities

Support daily Accounts Receivable activities, including cash application, account reconciliations, collections support, and customer master data maintenance. Maintain customer account transactions and within established service level agreements. Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, deductions, and account-related inquiries.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to address outstanding receivable issues. Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for financial transactions and audit requirements. Follow established accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements. Help prepare recurring reports and tracking operational performance metrics.

Support month-end close activities by ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement programs. Use finance systems and tools to support AR operations and reporting.
