Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for Home Instead clients Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort Assist with meal preparation when required in your role as a Care Assistant Help clients with medication Engage in social activities and provide companionship to clients Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health Maintain accurate records of care provided Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in care Own vehicle and valid UK driving licence Willingness to undergo a DBS check Basic literacy and numeracy skills Excellent communication skills and a caring nature Reliability, patience, and empathy Drivers preferred – many clients require transport to appointments Must be able to work in and around Norwich Must have the right to work in the UK Please note: We do not hold a sponsorship licence Previous care experience not needed – compassion and reliability are key
