Director, Education Operations
Job description
Reporting to the Vice President, Education and working alongside the Education Director team, the Director, Education Operations leads learner and customer experience, portfolio operations, business planning, financial stewardship, and data and analytics across TVO Education. The Director turns strategy into coordinated plans, strengthens performance intelligence, and collaborates with Growth on revenue diversification and sustainable growth.
The role also supports the Vice President, Education in developing and stewarding strategic education partnerships and external relationships through operational insight, financial analysis, implementation planning, and performance measurement.
