About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing premium brand and shape its future success. As Senior Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering both the long-term brand strategy and annual marketing plans, driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand equity and delivering commercial results.
Working across the full marketing mix, you'll create impactful consumer campaigns, lead channel activation plans and identify new opportunities to grow the brand. Partnering with senior stakeholders, agency partners and brand founders, you'll play a key role in influencing the brand's direction and accelerating its growth in the UK market.
What You'll Do
Shape the future of the brand
- Lead the annual brand plan and 3-5 year growth strategy, identifying opportunities to build brand equity, strengthen consumer relevance and deliver sustainable commercial growth. Create brilliant consumer experiences
- Develop and deliver insight-led, integrated marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring the brand shows up consistently and effectively wherever consumers engage with it. Drive performance and growth
- Own brand performance, budgets and forecasting, using data, insight and ROI measurement to maximise opportunities, manage risk and achieve business objectives. Build influential partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners and brand founders to align plans, inspire action and deliver exceptional execution that helps the brand stand out in the market. Connect with modern consumers – Develop culturally relevant campaigns and content that resonate with younger adult audiences, creating impactful brand experiences across social, digital, experiential, OOH and traditional media channels.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven marketer who combines strategic thinking with a passion for building brands and delivering results. Alcohol and brand-building expertise – Proven experience developing and delivering successful brand strategies and annual marketing plans within Beer, Wine & Spirits (BWS) or wider alcohol categories.
You'll bring hands-on experience creating brand thinking, campaigns and activation plans, rather than solely executing global toolkits, with a track record of growing premium, upscale, challenger or scale-up brands. Modern consumer marketing capability – Strong experience engaging younger adult consumers through integrated marketing campaigns across channels including social media, influencer marketing, experiential activations, OOH, TV, content creation and digital-first platforms such as Tik.
Tok. You understand how brands remain culturally relevant and drive consideration with today's consumers. Commercial acumen – Strong experience managing budgets, forecasting and P&L performance, with the ability to translate brand opportunities into measurable business outcomes. Leadership, influence and energy – A confident and inspiring leader who brings passion, pace and positivity to their work.
Able to build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders and agency partners, and energise cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. We know not everyone will meet every requirement. If you’re excited about this role and believe you can make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
