Oakale Rehabilitatin and Skilled Nursing Center is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing operations of our 92-bed skilled nursing facility in West Boylston, MA. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting clinical excellence, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.

As a member of the facility leadership team, the DON will play a critical role in driving quality outcomes, staff engagement, and resident satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of care.
