Task Force General Manager

Luminous Hotel Management is actively seeking an experienced Task Force General Manager to support our growing portfolio of hotel properties across the United States. This is a fully travel-based role , ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading teams in diverse locations.

As a Task Force General Manager, you will be deployed to hotels in need of short-term leadership support, including new openings, operational turnaround situations, and temporary coverage for management vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide interim General Manager leadership at assigned hotel properties Evaluate hotel operations and implement strategies to improve performance Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction scores Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams to meet brand and company standards Ensure compliance with all brand, safety, and operational requirements Support hotel openings, transitions, and renovations Collaborate with corporate leadership and property ownership groups Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager Prior task force or multi-property experience strongly preferred Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, and team leadership Ability to quickly adapt to new teams, systems, and environments Willingness to travel 100% of the time, often on short notice Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, etc.)
