The. List has hosted over 6.000 flash sales across all regions, now operating in Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and soon Taiwan. WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH… Talent Acquisition Assist with end-to-end recruitment: drafting and posting job ads, screening CVs, and shortlisting candidates Assist in scheduling interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers Support the execution of HR initiatives such as career fairs and other recruitment events Compensation & Benefits Gathering frontline part-time payroll data for salary releasing Assist with salary benchmarking surveys Employee Engagement Assist in coordinating group-level staff engagement activities across all markets Support the organisation of employee events, workshops, and team-building activities General HR Support Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist with preparation of employment contracts, NDAs, and compliance documentation Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required WHAT IT TAKES… Undergraduate or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent Prior recruitment experience or internship exposure, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry High adaptability, quickly adapt to new environments and changes.
