Why You'll Love This Opportunity ✅ Monday-Friday Schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) ✅ No Call, No Nights, No Weekends ✅ Outpatient-Only Practice ✅ Specialized Clinical Focus ✅ Supportive, Collaborative Team Environment ✅ Opportunity to Learn and Grow in Sleep Medicine ✅ Competitive Compensation Package What You'll Do As a key member of our clinical team, you will: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits Diagnose and manage a variety of sleep disorders, including: Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Narcolepsy Insomnia Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) Interpret patient histories and assess treatment effectiveness Develop individualized care plans, including CPAP therapy and medication management Educate patients on sleep health, treatment compliance, and lifestyle modifications Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff across multiple locations Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Uphold all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Michigan Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Board Certification Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and patient-centered care abilities Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed Preferred Qualifications Prior Sleep Medicine experience Experience in Pulmonary, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurology, or related specialties Don't have sleep medicine experience?
