Previous experience within a high-volume premium restaurant is essential The Position We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about guest experience, food and drink. You will a ssist the Assistant General manager & the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, guests service, and inventory control.

You will h elp develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance , whilst e nsur ing high standards of service standards , cleanliness, and guests satisfaction are maintained at all times . You will also t rain and mentor team members to uphold company policies and procedures.

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you: Previous experience as Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant and/or private members club . Extensive and proven experience of delivering exceptional service, food and drink Working knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene and Fire Regulations relevant to the business Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and motivate a diverse team of people A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail Experience in managing labour budgets, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas Benefits & Culture We have curated a fantastic selection of work perks so we can be certain to attract the very best people in the industry.
