Lilibet’s is a bold new Mayfair restaurant from award-winning chef Ross Shonhan , with Executive Chef Alex Harper leading the kitchen.

With 160 covers, an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar. year-round terrace and a unique private dining room, Lilibet’s is made for chefs who want pace, quality and ambition. We’re looking for a driven Junior Sous Chef to help lead the team, raise standards and bring passion and energy to every service.

What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality Restaurant; Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce; A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail; Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade; A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedure A positive, ambitious attitude and hunger to keep developing.
