Job Details: Job Location: ACT - rockville, MD, Salary Range: $19.24 - $21.64Hourly, Cornerstone – Housing Specialist Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Cornerstone empowers people living with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders to live, work, and integrate successfully into the community. Responsibilities

of the Housing Specialist with the ACT Team Supports clients with finding and maintaining safe and affordable housing Provides ongoing assistance to help clients apply for, understand and manage their benefits Ensure maximum acquisition of entitlements and other forms of assistance for all clients served by the ACT team Provide operational administrative support to the ACT team.

Assists clients in maintaining employment by frequent visits to the work site Qualifications: Qualifications of the Housing Specialist with the ACT Team Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of case management experience preferred Experience working with the population of serious mental illness in the capacity of case management, integrated care coordination, and medical office organization strongly preferred Driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Transporting clients in personal vehicle is required. Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week to be eligible for benefits and leave accruals. 403(b) retirement plan with employer match available. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position.
