Mc. Easy is looking for a Billing Staff to join our Finance team! If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accuracy — this role is for you. What will you do? Handle the end-to-end Onboarding Customer Enterprise (Training Requirement, Training Preparations, Training Process and Check In) Active to prepare the Training Needs for Customer Enterprise with a specific Requirement and Success Matrix Active to learn new features found in our product and ensure the Training Material is always up to date Qualifications: Diploma Degree in any major Minimum 3 years of professional experience Familiar with Transport Management System (TMS) Proven track record of successfully implementing and leading enterprise-level projects.
Strong expertise in handling enterprise customers and engaging with business owners. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and technologies.
