Regulatory Document Specialist

Currently, we are looking to add a Regulatory Document Specialist to our team: Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and update Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for Cayman Chemical products using Chem.
Ges (SDS development) software program Research various databases (e.g., European Chemicals Agency C&L Inventory, RTECS) to obtain chemical and toxicological data for SDSs Upload completed SDSs and pertinent regulatory data for products into Cayman Chemical’s internal product database Manage internal requests for SDS updates and new SDSs Communicate with the Technical Information Department to ensure that SDSs are updated with pertinent product changes Ensure SDSs for Cayman Chemical raw materials are accessible in the vendor supported SDSOnline database Assist with the development and maintenance of the Cayman Chemical Hazard Communication Plan Assist with occupational safety regulatory agency inspections related to Hazard Communication Participate as needed in Cayman Chemical’s Emergency Response Team Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans, and procedures including safety, security, and regulatory Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree in Health, Safety, Life Science, or related field preferred Experience: 2 years (with Bachelor's), 4 years (with Associate), 6 years (with no degree) Computer Skills: Proficiency in the use of software for basic report and data analysis (Excel, Chem.
