Position Overview

No prior pool experience? No problem. We will train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

Perform weekly commercial pool cleaning and maintenance Test and properly balance pool water chemistry Inspect and maintain pool equipment Identify and report equipment issues Manage truck inventory and supplies Maintain accurate service records using the Zuper mobile platform Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate Deliver exceptional customer service Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Requirements Required Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required) Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong time management skills Comfortable handling pool chemicals Preferred Mechanical aptitude Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification Customer service experience
