Residential Field Junior Project Manager

Description What You’ll Do Assist Project Managers with coordinating residential pool construction projects Visit job sites throughout the Atlanta area to observe progress and support field operations Help schedule subcontractors and track project timelines Communicate updates to homeowners in a professional manner Maintain organized job documentation and progress photos Assist with permit coordination and inspections Identify potential issues and report them to senior leadership Support efforts to keep projects on schedule and within budget This role is both office-based and field-based.

You will spend time on active construction sites. What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once Problem-solving mindset Willingness to work outdoors and visit job sites regularly Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
