Transport Scheduler

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transport Scheduler based in Canada. As a Transport Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimizing transportation and logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of equipment and materials.

You will oversee fleet utilization, transportation scheduling, cargo movements, storage coordination, and customs-related activities while supporting operational and project requirements. Working closely with transport providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, you will ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with relevant regulations.

You will also monitor logistics performance, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and contribute to cost control across transportation activities.
