• Drive seller adoption of key projects, main tasks include:

• Understand current performance from various angles (e.g., by time period, by cluster/category, by seller type, by streaming metrics, etc.)
• Analyze relevant data and set reasonable targets for different seller groups
• Build up relevant trackers and dashboards to monitor actual performance and gap to target
• Understand potential pain points and brainstorm solutions to close gap and ensure target achievement
• Compile resources and communication plans (to both internal BD teams and external sellers) to facilitate adoption
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (incl. BD, MKT, BI, Ops, ...) to ensure execution excellence in driving project success
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive presentation on project status/results update
