QA Analyst, Product Operations

Write and review Feature Request Forms (FRFs) to ensure clarity and testability Review and perform initial assessment of PRDs before development and testing Plan and execute end-to-end testing cycles to ensure product quality Identify, document, and track bugs/issues, and follow through to resolution Develop and maintain test cases based on requirements and developer inputs Conduct demos with Operations teams to support visibility and obtain sign-off Maintain post-launch feature tracking and monitor issues after release Prepare and update feature manuals and documentation Support investigation and resolution of operational issues Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in QA, testing, or product validation roles Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Familiarity with testing methodologies and bug tracking tools is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
