Job Summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Technical Supervisor (Technical SPV) for our HC Lengkong unit. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical operations, maintenance, and engineering activities at the facility. Your primary objective will be to ensure maximum operational efficiency, minimize equipment downtime, and maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily technical and maintenance operations of the HC Lengkong facility to ensure optimal production efficiency. * Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery and utilities. * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing them with guidance, training, and performance evaluations. * Ensure all technical and engineering activities comply with company standards, occupational health and safety (K3) regulations, and biosafety protocols. * Manage technical inventory, spare parts procurement, and maintenance budgets effectively.

• Analyze equipment performance and recommend technical upgrades or process improvements to enhance productivity. * Prepare regular technical reports regarding equipment status, maintenance activities, and resource utilization for management review. Job Qualifications * Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

• At least 3 years of working experience in a supervisory technical or maintenance role, preferably within the livestock, feedmill, food manufacturing, or agribusiness industry. * Strong knowledge of PLC, electrical systems, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and general machinery maintenance. * Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to direct and motivate technical staff.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities. * Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards and implementations. * Good communication skills and proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or MS Office. * Willingness to be placed and work at the HC Lengkong facility.
