HPDC & Mould Fitting Supervisor (Bumper & Instrument Panel)

Job Title: HPDC & Mould Fitting Supervisor (Bumper & Instrument Panel) Job Location: Manesar Required Experience: 4 – 9 Years Required Qualification: Diploma (Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering) – Full Time Job Responsibilities

• Work independently in Bumper/IP injection mould fitting & assembly.
• Co-ordinate with machining, inspection and quality sections.
• Attend die trials at customer end and troubleshoot the problems faced.
• Work for the reduction of fitting hours & cost through Kaizen.
• Ensure the safety of workplace and do timely KYT, HHT.
• Monitor fitting hours of the associates and time sheet data updation.
• Ensure proper 5s in the work area.
• Trial defects analysis and countermeasure planning through PDCA. Technical / Functional:
• Good drawing reading skills & knowledge of Fits & Tolerances.
• Knowledge of mould manufacturing process and tool room machines
• Knowledge of die materials and heat treatment
• Knowledge of moulding machines
• Knowledge of moulding defects and countermeasures
• Good analytical skills
• Very good problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office productivity software
• Basic knowledge of CNC milling, EDM machines.
• Basic knowledge of design software – UG-NX.
• Effective verbal and written communication skill. Preferred Organization:
• 4-wheeler OEMs with Mould development/ Manufacturing experience: KIA, Hyundai, Toyota, Honda, VW, M&M, Renault, Nissan, MG, TATA, Bajaj, Eicher, Force Motors, etc.
• Tier-1 Bumper/ Instrument panel Injection mould manufacturers for OEMs.
