Your Impact Lead Operational Excellence: Maintain exceptional food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen execution while ensuring Chick-fil-A standards are consistently met. Develop High-Performing Teams: Coach and develop kitchen leaders, build accountability, and support a team of 30+ kitchen employees. Improve Systems and Processes: Identify operational challenges, implement sustainable solutions, and strengthen consistency across kitchen operations.

Drive Business Results: Monitor food cost, inventory, labor, and productivity to improve efficiency and profitability. Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with fellow directors and the General Manager to achieve restaurant-wide goals and support continued growth.
