Director - Casino Operations
Job description
The Director of Casino Operations provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for casino gaming operations at Bally’s Black Hawk, including Slots, Sportsbook, Table Games, Poker and applicable casino administration functions. This position is responsible for guest experience, financial performance, operational controls, regulatory compliance, asset protection and the development of an engaged, accountable team.
The Director partners with property leadership to deliver consistent service and efficient operations across the property.
